Proactive Design Solutions offers on-site/off-site contractural Schematic Capture/Printed Circuit Board design and consulting services. Our experience includes a very broad design portfolio coupled with a strong working knowledge of materials and processes used in traditional FR4, Rogers, Taconic, Polyimide and specialty hybrid-multilayer design applications. We have experience designing with PTFE/Ceramic, PTFE/Ceramic/Woven Glass, PTFE/Woven Glass, Woven Glass and  Non-Woven Aramid (Thermount) reinforcements treated with epoxy, polyimide, cyanate ester, and PTFE resin systems. Our goal is to provide a value-added service that provides smart packaging solutions by developing a packaging strategy that carefully considers and addresses electrical, mechanical, thermal and processability characteristics of the design. In addition, look for any cost-reduction opportunities that can be designed in to reduce cost on existing and up-coming designs. Design services are also available on-site. These services include an initial design review to work concurrently with engineering and manufacturing to provide a packaging strategy that identifies and ensures that all end-product requirements have been met. This involves tightly integrating with EMS and PCB suppliers  to develop a packaging solution that determines the best material type and resin, addresses DFT, DFM, DFR, DFE and DFSS requirements and resolves any packaging issues prior to board layout. We supply the computer system, Pads, Orcad Pcad or Altium EDA tools and, of course, the solutions.
